Welcome!
Welcome to Dragonfly Stache!
We are a small-batch, craft coffee roaster in Carbondale, Colorado.
Consider us your very own personal coffee roaster. Every bag is roasted to order and shipped out A.S.A.P. You are not just buying a bag of coffee, you are buying a personally curated batch, roasted just to your specifications. Each batch is a 22-24 oz roast yielding approximately 18-20 ounces, depending on origin and roast profile.
We roast only Organic, Specialty, Single Origin coffees. Sometimes we offer other rare and exotics as well. Prices are at green market value and an additional $15 service/roasting fee will be added. All orders will be ready for pick-up or shipped out the same day they are roasted!
This is NOT your average, stale, grocery store coffee. This is the freshest coffee you’ll get without roasting it yourself!
How it works
PICK A BEAN
Peruse the shop!
Click on a bean and scroll down to the informative distributor notes and consider some of the sustainability practices, employment habits, and other ethical directives of these beautiful single origin coffee farms. Think about the cupping and roasting notes, consider roast profiles, and decide if that’s the flavor experience you’re craving.
PICK A ROAST PROFILE
Your roast profile is essentially the temperature at which we will be roasting your coffee. Depending on the Origin and the notes you are trying to achieve, you may want to go from lightish to darkish. Lighter roasts tend to be brighter and fruitier with more acidity and zippiness. Medium roasts have more depth and can have some nutty and floral characteristics. Darker roasts will be richer and deeper and may hit with hints of cocoa. For deeper dives, don’t forget to check coffee descriptions!
PICK UP OR WAIT FOR YOUR ROAST
Pick up your personally roasted coffee at the designated pick-up spot, or anticipate delivery via USPS. Pick-ups will be available at the end of the roast day.
