Thank you for choosing to join the most exclusive coffee club in the world! You are not just buying a bag of coffee, you are buying a personally curated batch, roasted just to your specifications. This is NOT your average, stale, grocery store coffee. We focus on Organic, Specialty, Single Origin coffees. Sometimes we mix in other rare and exotics as well. Prices are at green market value and an additional service/roasting fee will be added. Orders in before roast day will be available at the end of roast day.

PICK A BEAN
Peruse the shop and consider some of the sustainability practices, employment habits, and other ethical directives of these beautiful single origin coffee farms. Think about the cupping and roasting notes, consider roast profiles, and decide if that’s the flavor experience you’re craving.
PICK A ROAST PROFILE
Your roast profile is essentially the temperature at which we will be roasting your coffee. Depending on the Origin and the notes you are trying to achieve, you may want to go from lightish to darkish. Lighter roasts tend to be brighter and fruitier with more acidity and zippiness. Medium roasts have more depth and can have some nutty and floral characteristics. Darker roasts will be richer and deeper and may hit with hints of cocoa. PICK UP YOUR ROAST
Pick up your personally roasted coffee at the designated pick-up spot. Pick-ups will be available at the end of the roast day.
